This is Jabberwocky, our white blend. It has bright fruit, balanced acidity, clarity and vibrancy.
As blends go it's a little more challenging to tame than our red or black blends, but it's full of amazing results when you get it right.

In the cup you'll get an upfront hit of black cherry, with a mashed up blackcurrant and lime zing which develops into a jammy sweetness with a little bit of almond. This reminds me of a Bakewell tart!
